Yes yes, a black Honda NSX is for sale in Portugal that's apparently been graced by the late great Ayrton Senna da Silva, but in the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! weapons-grade Mikeado magnet: black-on-red, lowered just a touch over tastefully-sized graphite TE37s (or knockoffs thereof) and a host of lightweight upgrades. Ayrton would likely appreciate this one...
As well as having every Type-R bit of trim there could possibly be - from the gadget-less dashboard and titanium billet gear shift to the high wing and lightweight battery - there's a modest power increase from 270 to 286bhp and shorter gear ratios for even punchier acceleration to match the looks. The seller doesn't say which Type-R the upgrades are from, seeing as there was an NSX-R in 1992 and 2002, but this 1995 car does sport the '02 rear bumper and wing that sandwich the original tail lights. Happily the pop-up headlights have been retained, although now with xenon HID bulbs and LED side lights.

Indoors, the cockpit has been completely re-trimmed in black Nappa leather and all the Type-R bits as I've mentioned. Normally an all-black interior on a '90s Japanese car is a very dreary place to be, but this looks pretty nice aside from the plastic vents and blanked-off buttons, which show the car's age a tad (although black plastic beats fake CF bits all over it)
You can read the ad linked above for all the bells and whistles, but if anything you see here doesn't float your boat, fear not! The original parts to change the outside back are included too, so you effectively get both of these in one car:
It may only have 20,000 rain-free miles on it, but this pretend Type-R is currently sitting at £37,990, which is a good £13,000 less than Senna's one, and technically it's a better car. Besides, in a way, Ayrton Senna drove every Honda NSX, didn't he?
The seller is plainly a fan, as he links to the following videos in his ad (along with decent-sized pics and a link to over 180 images all around the car), so even if you don't have the money or you're in Notbritain, you can still enjoy some NSX-ness:

Last video he starts of saying that we are going to look at 2 of the 4 Japaneese supercars. What are the other 2? GTR? RX-7? Supra?

One is the GT-R for sure. Calling the Supra super is a bit of a stretch, though (IMO that's like calling the 911 Carrera a supercar).
Mind you, I can't think what else it could be. Toyota 2000GT, maybe? Mitsuoka Orochi— wait, what am I saying...
